Have you got experience working on the phones helping customers?

If so, we are looking for experienced candidates with telephone and admin based experience.

This role will involve you dealing with inbound calls from customers who are looking for support. We are looking for people with really strong listening skills, people who are excellent communicators and can show empathy and really understand the customers situation. If you enjoy helping people and building relationships, this is a great opportunity for you!

This role will be based in our office just north of Inverness, Scotland.

Key elements of the Customer Service Advisor role:

•Handling written correspondence from clients

•Replying to emails and letter using standard format templates

•Compiling and structuring responses to queries raised

•Reviewing and analysing case by case data – including liaising with clients

•Taking Inbound calls

To be successful, you don’t have to have previous experience, however you do need to demonstrate:

•Great written and verbal communication skills

•Self-motivation and an ability to manage your own workload

•Problem solving and decision-making abilities

•Accuracy and strong attention to detail

•The ability to work quickly and accurately

•Sound IT skills – using Outlook, Excel and Word
