Customer Service Administrator

Start Date:  Immediate

Location:  Manchester

Hours:37.5 Hours Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a dynamic and growing business.

The role:             

  • Supporting all administration aspects of the change of tenancy contract process
  • Process all Change of Tenancy requests within a strict SLA period
  • Qualify incoming and outgoing customer information
  • Contact customers and external partners where more information is required
  • Work with Payment Control to validate and support customer’s debt queries when moving out of properties
  • Work with external partners as well as direct customers to ensure data received is accurate
  • Initiate the credit approval process to ensure customers meet our credit targets
  • Assist in the contract renewals process to ensure a high level of customer retention is achieved
  • Assist with Change of Tenancy Contract Sales Leads
  • Assist in the development & implementation of process improvements to enhance performance
  • Maintain an effective team Diary system for team and Individual activities
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve sales operations related queries
  • Liaise with internal and external management team and provide accurate ad hoc reports as and when required within specified timescales
