We are searching for multiple in-office Customer Service Administrators, who can demonstrate good computer literacy, and high levels of accuracy when dealing with pricing and data.

Customer Service Administrator Role:

You will work as part of our clients successful Sales Team to provide online and verbal quotations, coupled with strong administrative support to generate sales to new and existing customers within an established account.

Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities:

•Preparing and sending quotations to customers via email/telephone within the agreed customer SLA and KPIs.

•Supporting the Sales Team and managing inbound and outbound telephone enquiries.

•Obtain accurate valuations to provide customers with accurate quotations.

•Daily monitoring and organising of mailboxes.

•Record quotations, and update customer details on the company’s systems, ensuring data privacy/GDPR is always adhered to.

•Support the Sales Executive with any ad-hoc duties.

•Resolving customer queries and issues that may arise and escalating any formal complaints to management.

•Coordinate with other colleagues and departments such as accounts and admin to ensure cohesive processes.

•Support team members with daily tasks and other administrative duties as and when required for business needs.

What we are looking for:

•Experience of strong administration/customer service.

•The ability to work against SLAs both independently and as part of a team.

•Accurate data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance.

•Organised with great time management.

•Excellent communication and customer service skills, confident in liaising with customers over the phone.

•High levels of accuracy when dealing with pricing/data.

•PC literate, with familiarity of Microsoft products to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Additional Information

As the department carries out FCA regulated activities, you will be asked to declare any unspent criminal conviction, CCJs or bankruptcy, and will be asked to consent to a credit screen prior to employment commencing.
