​Customer Sales Advisor

£24,000 + Bonus

Petersfield

9am-7pm Monday to Thursday, 9am-6pm Friday and 9am-5:30pm Saturday (1 in 4 Saturdays) 37.5 hours per week.

As a Customer Sales Advisor you will play a key role in managing the relationship with customers who have applied for shown interest in our services via the website or our direct sales line. You will also be responsible for processing online applications via our website as well as managing applications via inbound calls, ensuring that we are always providing a good customer experience.

Customer Sales Advisor Responsibilities:

· Communicate with customers throughout the application process, via telephone and email.

· Outbound calling to new and existing customers through various marketing campaigns to help grow our direct customer base.

· Work with internal customers in accordance with company underwriting policy.

· Manage inbound calls from customers and dealers to discuss specific applications.

· Ensure we manage customers’ expectations regarding time scales for delivery and completion.

· Liaise with dealerships and third-party finance companies to gain the information we require to reach a successful completion.

· Generate documents to both customer and dealership and dealing with any queries/questions regarding invoicing figures.

· Complete the deal and inform the customer that the funds have been released

· Adhere to the FCA Conduct rules
