£19,000 + monthly bonuses

NO SALES (£833 average bonus p/m)

Are you a strong communicator with experience helping customers on the phone?

If so, we want to speak with you as we are currently looking for experienced candidates with telephone based experience.

This role will involve you speaking with customers who are looking for support and assistance paying off outstanding payments. We are on the hunt for candidates with:

•Really strong listening and rapport building skills

•Excellent communication skills and confident on the phone

•Ability to show empathy and really understand the customers situation

•Target driven & money hungry

•General IT skills

Call Centre Advisor duties:

•You will be receiving and making calls to customers regarding help they will need settling outstanding payments.

•You will handle difficult conversations in a sensitive and professional manner.

•Accurately enter customer payment details into our systems - ensuring these are entered correctly first time around.

•Following processes and guidelines.

•Working in an open plan, contact centre environment – achieving personal and team targets.

•Working collaboratively within a team orientated working environment.

•General administration.
