Contingency recruitment allows us to tap into the extensive network and growing database of Candidates that our team has built. We provide Clients with a quick, transparent and cost-effective solution that meets their immediate employment needs.
Throughout the entire process, we always ensure that dialogue is maintained between all parties to ensure it continues to run smoothly during any respective notice periods, resulting in a hassle-free appointment.
In addition, a Client will only pay us a recruitment fee should we successfully introduce a candidate into their organisation.
The contingency recruitment process
1. Once a vacancy is identified, one of our Consultants will take a detailed brief from the Client. This includes background, technical skills required and, most importantly, the cultural and personality fit of the ideal Candidate.
2. We will conduct a thorough and intensive search of our global database, using industry-leading, web-based advertising software, while utilising our extensive network of contacts for referrals/recommendations that we have carefully built up over many years.
3. Once a shortlist of Candidates has been identified, detailed CVs will be submitted to the Client – typically this will be four to five Candidates, although numbers will vary according to the nature of the vacancy on offer. We aim for a turnaround within one week of being briefed.
4. Interviews will be arranged and managed effectively between our Clients and our candidates throughout the entire interview process to ensure the role is filled in the timeframe allowed.
