Sammie Brierley joins our Front-Line Talent crew to add another pair of hands to the incredibly busy desk. Sammie's career journey before MERJE was a varied one, dabbling in everything from events, beauty, customer service and even being a barista!
Graduating with an Events degree in 2017 led her to delegate recruitment before progressing to Event Coordinator, then the trials of the pandemic meant her path took a turn and she is now using her broad skill set to support our contact centre and volume recruitment experts in resourcing candidates for roles such as Call Centre Agent, Customer Service Advisor, Sales Agent and more.
Front-Line Talent has bounced back from the challenges of last year and, with the addition of three new team members so far this year, their strategic growths plans are well and truly back on track.
The team now boasts six dedicated and highly capable recruitment gurus who focus on entry to team manager level positions such as Customer Service Advisor, Business Development Executive, Complaints Hander and Underwriter across a wide variety of industries.
Their expertise reaches from single appointments to volume campaigns, as well as covering permanent, interim and temp-to-perm requirements.
