Organisational restructure is now very common in the UK and often we see patterns in businesses where they will go through an organisational re-design on a 3 – 5 year cycle. This has posed an interesting dillema and a change in what people are looking for when they recruit. It seems, gone have the days where a business would hire someone to be with them for life.
