My client is looking for Senior Shared Services Manager to be responsible for:

• Active involvement in GBS/SSC advisory projects preferably with a practical approach as learnt during working in the business

• Understand, review, evaluate and design clients’ current set up, future needs and ability to transform client operating models.

• Support the execution of methodologies by interpreting and implementing them in the context of engagements

• Support engagement leaders in identifying and managing risks, engagement assurance and commercial risk management and ensuring the Firm's frameworks are implemented appropriately and effectively

• Contributing in processes and initiatives to develop new offerings, tools and assets to help the practice scale and grow

• Lead colleagues, delegate tasks and responsibilities, support colleagues with the highest quality of work and proactive attitude

Skills and Experience:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player

• Client focused mindset with drive for impact

• Ability to work with ambiguity

• Hands on knowledge of project management methodologies and preferably certified project / program management or strong experience in leading large projects and/or process migrations and transitions

• Experience of deploying problem solving frameworks and improving processes, applied knowledge of lean/six sigma methodologies

• Advanced usage of MS Office and MS Project and experience in working with ERP systems
