Senior Financial Crime Manager required for a leading bank to help enhance their financial crime risk management framework.
You'll be part of the second line of defence, supporting internal business partners and working closely across all financial crime disciplines.
Requirements for the role:
Ensure the bank complies with all applicable financial crime regulations.
Contributing to the development of the Financial Crime Risk Management Framework.
Supporting key workstreams relating to product Financial Crime risk assessment, technology and systems development and regulatory change.
Contribute to the development and maturity of the financial crime systems and control the environment through contributions to policy/procedure development to ensure the firm remains compliant whilst aligning to a risk-based approach.
Planning and conducting risk assessments relating to various financial crime typologies.
Liaising with internal audit and assisting the MLRO to deliver efficient preparation and resolution of any audit requirements.
Utilising the risk assessment outputs to support strategic discussions relating to financial crime, fraud risk, and controls.
Experience in planning and executing risk assessments across various financial crime typologies.
Someone with a financial-focused Risk and Audit background from corporate/investment banking would be beneficial as you'll be the critical person focusing on risk assessments across multiple financial crime typologies.
