Monday - Friday (8.5 Hours shift between 7am-7pm)

Scheduler Role:
As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for proactively managing workorders and their end-to-end journey.You will be assisting in delivering customer appointments and working with engineers to maintains SLA’s.  You will also be updating engineers on their workload and keeping customer updated on any delays that may occur throughout the day.


Scheduler Duties:

  • Help to resolve any complaints that have been escalated in an efficient and professional manner.

  • Liaising with FLM and Service Managers · Escalating problems to FLM and Service Managers when needed (following the escalation process) 

  • Review operating practices and suggest improvements where necessary.

  • Good written and verbal skills Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.

  • Look for business solutions that add value to existing and potential customers.

  • Good attentions to details

  • Following the process and guidelines that fall in line with company.
