​My client is looking for a Field Sales Team Manager. You will be responsible and accountable for leading a team of 10 to 15 field agents to achieve the customer growth and revenue goals. You will play a lead role in proactively leading, developing and leading a high performing sales team. Being successful will require agility and focus on developing the future business by driving operational KPI performance and collaboration with the other teams.

Responsibilities:

•Recruiting and retaining sales agents

•Maximising the skill and potential of team members

•Acting as a central point of communication between the team, peers and management

•Coaching team members/leaders, identifying gaps and needs where applicable

•Meeting objectives by achieving team results, providing weekly key stats of team leaders via dashboard meetings

•Identifying potential challenges and being proactive in flagging challenges. Providing solutions to deliver required outcomes.

•Being fully involved in understanding the workloads within the department and actively ensuring they are managed efficiently

•Objectively assessing performance and providing constructive feedback to develop team members

Skills & Experience

•Team Leader/management experience building/leading a team of minimum 6+ agents

•Demonstrate ability to mentor and motivate people

•Must have a strong sales background in finance sector/new business and lead generation ideally B2B but would consider B2C

•Ability to demonstrate skills in coaching and development of others

•Be results orientated with an innovative outlook

•Experience of working in a high performance fast paced environment
