Monday- Friday 9am-5.30pm

Hybrid 2/3 days office based

A fantastic opportunity for a proactive and driven Sales Advisor to join a dynamic, friendly team. As a Sales Advisor you will be a key player in providing an excellent sales and service experiences to existing and potential customers through making outbound calls. You will ensure conversion of new business and retention of renewals to achieve individual and team targets. You will work in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Offering excellent sales and service experiences to existing and potential customers via outbound calls.

• Handling a range of outbound calls including new, potential customers and renewing existing lapsed customers via an outbound dialler

• Working with the team and management to ensure set targets are achieved and exceeded through monthly KPI’s

• Identifying and recommending opportunities to increase sales through policy enhancement

• Adapting to a variety of product brands using knowledge learnt and learning tools provided

• Keeping up to date with all changes to existing products along with new products that are introduced and made available to you

• Developing a full and complete understanding of all brands and the FCA requirements with all insurance products through training and development

About You

• Excellent customer service skills that can be demonstrated on every call

• Sales experience in a regulated background

• Experience in finding the answers through your own research and initiative

• Experience working with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel
