If you are an experienced Project Manager with a Banking background, then this job is for you. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects spanning two different areas of risk.

The Risk Change Manager will be responsible for managing change initiatives across Risk within the Corporate and Commercial Risk and Model risk domains.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the development of a systems strategy and work with Risk Technology & Operations, to develop a change roadmap.

Managing the full change management process and related governance for projects and represent Risk as required in the different governance fora.

Challenging the current processes and run initiatives to develop and implement a best-in-class operating model for Risk.

Managing relationships with internal stakeholders to promote and expand the risk culture.

Developing and maintaining across the business area an integrated program to identify, assess, manage, and report risks and controls enabling the achievement of strategic objectives and supporting.

Ensuring that technical risk issues are clearly communicated to senior Risk management and business stakeholders.

Skills, Experience & Knowledge:

Detailed knowledge of change management, including project management, process design and data management techniques and tools.

Experience of working within UK banking Segment.

Detailed knowledge of Risk with a focus on the systems, process and data requirements

Understanding of the UK regulatory environment associated with banking activities in order to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
