This is a great opportunity to join the Regulatory Response team of our client, who will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of ECB/ PRA regulatory inspections and ad hoc regulatory reviews, supporting the inspections in the process of evidence preparation, justification of issues and carrying out inspection preparation exercises to identify critical issues prior to the Supervisor's review.

Supporting the engagement with different senior stakeholders during inspections. Facilitate and participate in ECB & PRA meetings
Contributing to the establishment of a new standard framework/ process across regulatory inspections/ reviews and coordination of the SME's involved in the exercise
Reviewing and challenging the documentation sent by the different team's prior submission to the ECB and provide feedback
Maintaining effective stakeholder management. Identify, establish, and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders and manage their expectations, ensure project tasks are allocated to appropriate owners and influence those owners to maintain full ownership of task completion
Ensuring the Risk Teams, Group and Santander Regulatory liaison are aligned to the agreed/communicated business strategy
What you'll bring
Knowledge of Regulatory inspections and/ or project management, process design and data management techniques and tools
Knowledge of Regulations, Risk, including Credit, Market with a focus on the systems, process, and data requirements
It would also be nice for you to have
Experience of working within UK corporate banking segment or Regulatory
Ability to engage at a senior management level both internally and externally and manage key stakeholders
Fluent in Spanish
