Maintain profitable, competitive, customer and people centric set of collection centres.

Playing an integral role in expanding Europe offices and leading the Europe team.

Act as a senior manager under the FCA regulatory regime, complying with national or international regulatory codes at all times.

Requirements

• Must speak languages ie. Spanish or German.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a successful General Manager, site Director or similar
• Multi or bi-lingual proficiency
• Track record of high quality senior leadership and the ability to shape and maintain dynamic strategic vision and customer- centric culture.
• Proven success achieving revenue goals, complaint prevention, NSF control
• Able to build excellent client relations.
