​Our client is a leader in the design, integration, and support of advanced security and bespoke Fraud solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a product manager to join the team to focus on product development and to work closely with the Head of Department to facilitate revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define a vision and engage and communicate the strategy to achieve this vision to the relevant internal and external stakeholders.

• Produce and deliver go-to-market strategies, launch plans, value propositions, product positioning and engage with Marketing on Product messaging.

• Manage, measure, and drive sustainable business growth for your product portfolio by working Sales and BDMs to understand their respective Sales, Forecasts, and pipelines for your products.

• Subject matter expert for your products including understanding which individual product capabilities, functions or features are important; which market segment or individual personas they apply to; and how your products fit into the wider portfolio.

• Analyse, appraise and document new opportunities for product enhancements and new product verticals through Concept Assessments and Battlecards.

• Maintain an understanding of technology stack, system architecture and relevant technology trends for your product and work with the technical teams to maintain mutual alignment.

Your skills/experience:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to process data to make evidence-based decisions and provide reporting on product performance.

• Ability to think holistically about the implications of any change across the system, while also being able to step into the details to ensure all requirements are identified.

• Ability to negotiate positively for mutual agreement on plans and key features.

• Commercial awareness to ensure that the product is fulfilling the business targets and to ensure appropriate decisions are made for product development and retirement.

• Proficient with MS Office suite, with some experience of delivering presentations, maintaining spreadsheets, and producing formal documentation.

• The ability to effectively apply their knowledge and experience to identify and manage revenue growth opportunities.
