My client is looking for a Product Analyst to support and facilitate the deployment of Propositions as part of the Business' wider strategic objectives. Additionally, this role will also include the opportunity to feed into and define new concepts and the regular review to existing propositions.

Responsibilities:

 To work collaboratively with the Propositions team to help develop the proposition strategy, providing input, opinion and challenge as appropriate.

Undertake projects as and when required, to support the needs of the business or to achieve Partnership Services department objectives.

Understand wider market-dynamics and industry trends across Wealth, Mortgage, Protection and General Insurance market, from adviser sentiment and opinions, through to competitor propositions and end-consumer behaviours.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to analyse and interpret reports and complex challenging data

Adaptability, empathy and flexibility - ability to work under pressure and manage multi-tasks/issues simultaneously in a high-pressured environment

Ability to successfully develop relationships and work strategically

Strong Stakeholder management skills

Strong financial services industry insight and knowledge, including understanding of Mortgage, Protection, General Insurance and Wealth propositions, including competitor proposition landscape in the financial adviser support space.

Technical knowledge of the Financial Advice market and understanding of market trends and dynamics.
