​My client is looking for a Partner Support Manager on a 12 month fixed term position which is a crucial support role within the Partner Collections team. They are looking for someone who can build relationships to ensure appropriate servicing solutions exist for all customers with strong numeracy and Excel skills are a must.

What will you be doing?

• Support the servicing partner in delivering positive customer engagement

• Attend and actively participate in all monthly review meetings

• Analyse and interpret MI to drive process improvements

• Work with 1st and 2nd line assurance teams to understand the output of their independent conduct testing programme.

• Support the Partner Managers in compiling and completing necessary remedial actions with external partners in a timely manner.

• Manage day-to-day account level queries across the partner network, engaging with other teams (e.g. Business Operations, Technical Operations, Operational Analytics etc.) as necessary.

• Provide administrative support to the Partner Managers and Senior Partner Managers as required

Is this you?

• Strong communication skills – must be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively

• Customer awareness – good understanding of customer needs and has a desire to resolve issues

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office - including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

• Numerate with good communication skills

• Ambitious and motivated

• Experience in Financial Services or eagerness to work in this industry

• Experience of working in an assurance function or customer service

• Experience in dealing with third party clients or suppliers
