We currently have available a fantastic opportunity within one of our insurance and medical clients for a Senior Sales Executive within their Occupational Health department.

Our client provides high quality interventional rehabilitation solutions to individuals and businesses. Their personalised and tailored way of working means that each of our patients receives a bespoke approach to their needs.

The specialist team consists of highly trained doctors, nurses and experienced clinicians that excel in identifying your exact needs and ensuring your fast return to optimum health and wellbeing.

They also accept self-referrals, and referrals from other professionals and agencies, such as General Practitioners (GPs), solicitors and health insurance companies.

Key Accountabilities:

To be the main point of contact for new clients and be responsible for the growth of the clinic and the generation of new business.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have a strong background in Occupational Health or other health services.

•To work with the Managing Director and Business Manager to identify new business opportunities.

•You will take ownership of generating new business and aim to maximise the potential from each connection with excellent communication. In addition, you will convert leads into qualified appointments which you will attend.

•The role will require you to be office based one day each week for internal collaboration meetings.

•Identify and evaluate available tenders and co-ordinate new business applications.

•Generate proposals for new business, ensuring clients are provided with clear information on services and fees and agree service level agreements.

•Directly responsible for self-generated new business through initial identification of new clients, cold canvassing through telephone calls, emails and in person meetings to progress new prospects through to customer on-boarding.

•To support the overall marketing strategy.

•Create and deliver presentations tailored to clients’ needs.

•Represent the business at exhibitions; arrange profile heightening activities and evaluate effectiveness.

•Conduct client visits and site surveys to assess risks and needs of potential new business.

Skills & Experience required:

•You should have experience in business to business (B2B) sales in Occupational Health.

•Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.

•Ability to work independently and under pressure.

•Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

•A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of Social Networking (e.g. LinkedIn).

•You must be motivated and committed to the growth our Occupational Health business area.

Shifts: Monday to Friday

Bonuses: There is a performance related bonus.
