Must ideally have Motor Accident and /or Credit Hire claims experience and perhaps looking towards a more responsible role.
Ideally educated to a minimum of 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English
Excellent communication skills and confident on the phone and with emails

Ideally you should be familiar with Microsoft Office software and if you have knowledge of Sage Act this will be a distinct advantage, however full training will be provided on Sage Act.
Have a friendly, outgoing personality and ability to think for yourself is a must as the role is essentially a Team Leader role once you are familiar with the systems and day to day routines.
You will be dealing with incoming calls from clients who have been involved in a car accident and therefore will need to have a sympathetic nature along with chasing the progress of repair with the Bodyshop and the claim with the third party’s insurance company and related administration duties. This is not a call centre and you will be working with a small team and therefore be prepared to muck in (and make a cuppa).
