Key Responsibilities:

• Help lead on Corporate transactions and Commercial agreements across the business

• Advise the business on Legal and strategic growth

• Advise on Employment Law

• Help with international expansion

Skillset:

• Strong Corporate Legal experience and ability to look at wider strategic plans

• Commercial agreements experience

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• UK qualified
