​MERJE are working with a renowned Life Insurance firm, assisting the search for an Investment Manager to join the team and assist in the execution of Investment Strategy.

The role is broad in nature and covers all aspects of top-down management – you will be exposed to and be involved in each of those elements.

It’s an exciting time to join the firm as the AUM continues to build and opportunities arise. This one is not to be missed!

Tasks will include:

• Performing macro, top-down research and analysis.

• Conduct Due Diligence on a deal-by-deal basis.

• Ensure regulatory standards across ESG, Climate Change and overall compliance are met.

• Partake in Investment Meetings and Committees as required.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to Junior Analysts within the team.

Requirements:

• Excellent understanding of investing on behalf of an insurer.

• Experience working within the Fixed Income/Credit universe.

• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills

• FIA or CFA preferred.
