Head Of Finance

Our client within the Education sector, and one of the most successful colleges in the Country is looking for a candidate of suitable calibre to assume the Head of Finance role.

Reporting to the Vice Principle of Finance and Facilities your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving excellence in the production of monthly Management Accounts  and annual Financial statements

  • Leading, coaching and developing the Finance, Bids and Projects team

  • Leading and continually improving Financial Controls and Risk mitigation strategies.

  • Engaging with Stakeholders and making a positive impact on the learner experience through a Business Partner culture

  • Developing sustainable Financial Policies and procedures that contribute to social value.

You would be a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a background in Practice or Industry. Previous experience within the Education sector is desirable but not essential as appropriate sector training will be given.
