Job Description:
This is an exciting customer service job with a great company as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, taking inbound calls in response to technical queries.
Responsibilities:
• Taking inbound phone calls from customers

• Updating notes in the in-house system
• Signposting to different teams where required
