Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, 9am-5pm, or 10am-6pm

Full Time, Permanent

£20,500 Annual Salary + Monthly Commission

No Sales (Excellent and Realistic OTE of £28k - £40k + which can be evidenced at interview)

Collections Advisor Role:

As a Collections Advisor, you will be dealing with inbound calls from the Customer who are looking for support and assistance paying off outstanding payments. We are looking for people with excellent listening skills, people who are strong communicators and can show empathy and really understand the customers situation. We are ideally looking for experienced Collections Advisors, however, this doesn;t need to be from a banking background.

Collections Advisor Duties:

• Building rapport/relationships with your customers and clients
• Good attention to detail 
• Recording accurate details of customer conversations into the customer database
• Following the process and guidelines that fall in line with company regulations
• Achieving personal and team targets in a contact centre environment
