Client Liaison Officer
Salary - £22,000
Location - Blackpool
Hours - Mon to Fri, 9am - 5pm

No experience is needed as full training will be provided, but you need to have the right attitude and work ethics to succeed in this position.
Your main duties and responsibilitues will be:
Amending static data in internal systems as and when required
Completing payment requests, including internal transfers, through liaison with internal and external parties
Completing call-backs in line with company procedures regarding static data and payments
Completing general ISA Administration in line with HMRC procedures
Ensuring all aspects of CRM issues are complete
Dealing with e-mail and telephone requests from both internal and external parties
Providing technical support for Wealth Online to clients, colleagues and intermediaries
Processing transfers in and out relating to GIA and ISA, requesting valuations, chasing counterparties and completing transfer once received back from Operations
Requesting probate valuations and providing invoices
Log incoming cheques in line with CASS requirements
Updating book costs and CGIX as and when required
Completing additional projects as and when required
You will be required to pass a DBS and credit check for this position.
