My client is looking for a Change Project Manager to be responsible for managing change initiatives across Risk with a focus on Group led change initiatives, as well as launching and leading initiatives to streamline processes, enhance data management and implement tactical and strategic systems solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Leading, executing initiatives/projects within a Risk Transformation Plan

• Working with senior business stakeholders to challenge and develop overall lending strategy and operating model

• Taking ultimate accountability for developing and managing a change programme to deliver continuous improvements in risk management, control, and business performance

• Acting as subject matter expert for their area of specialism, regarded throughout Risk and key business areas as the first point of call for advice

• Creating a partnership culture with key business areas, ensuring input to and influence over business decisions

• Setting up, leading, and executing initiatives/projects within a Risk Transformation Plan

• Managing the full change management process and related governance for projects and represent Risk as required in the different governance fora.

• Challenging the current processes and run initiatives to develop and implement a best-in-class operating model for Risk

• Driving overall business strategy, using risk experience, knowledge, and data to influence key senior stakeholders

• Ensuring all communications are clear, contain the right amount of detail, are accurate and actionable

Skills & Experience:

• Detailed knowledge of change management, including project management, process design and data management techniques and tools.

• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate risk strategies and policies, with an ability to justify such if challenged

• Detailed knowledge of Risk, including Credit, Market and Counterparty Credit Risks

• Broader business or banking qualification to ensure commercial understanding
