​Job Description

My client is looking for a change manager to enabling business change within the fulfilment channel, through change execution through third parties and internal partners and supporting on delivery of key transformation programmes to support an outstanding, digital driven, communication platform.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

•Supporting delivery of key business transformation projects by the business as we move from a heavily supplier reliant model to an internally led model with a focus on digital communications

•SME for fulfilment working with commercial, marketing and operational business partners to enable strategic change particularly within the development of digital communication streams

•Supporting digital and solutions architecture teams on fulfilment design and delivery of an outstanding Omni channel solution for operational customer communications

•Responsible for enabling change across 4 suppliers and multiple core production processes

•Ensures all departmental and wider business interdependencies are supervised to ensure coordinated delivery of sophisticated change

•Responsible for status reporting, SteerCo attendance and communication to Head of Fulfilment and PCOS Director on key transformation programmes

•Working with the wider change fulfilment team and the Senior BAU Change Manager to ensure all streams of work are progressing to schedule where direct execution resides within fulfilment or within their supplier work streams.

•Working with key suppliers, Fulfilment Testing Specialist and external testing teams to deliver comprehensive testing enabling the execution of change programmes and facilitating defect resolution as the need arises

•Attending PWG calls, collaborating closely with project and testing teams to gather requirements, report on progress and defects.

•Working with the wider change team to ensure appropriate resources are allocated to all change streams to support change delivery and highlighting gaps or where resource balancing is required

Skills & experience

•Validated experience in leading change execution and project management

•Understanding and experience with digital delivery and omni channel communication systems

•Experience of change delivery through third party supplier chain

•Experience of handling senior stakeholders across multiple business areas

•Strong time management and organisational skills

•Ability to influence to achieve and get results

•Effective communication and interpersonal skill

•Experience in delivery of digital transformation programmes

•Good understanding of statement, print, card, payment authentication and digital communication production processes

•Testing and defect management experience

•Budget management and control

•Financial Services experience

•Holistic understanding of the product delivery structure within the internal change processes

•Understanding and experience with JIRA and Confluence as a software tool
