As a Business Analyst you’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and turn them in to meaningful outcomes. The role will focus specifically on new financial services products and applications, giving you the opportunity to have a real impact on the business and our customers’ lives.
This exciting, new and challenging role would be best suited to a proven Business Analyst, who’s confident working with senior stakeholders and solving real world problems in a fast paced, multi-disciplined team, with the desire to be part of something genuinely new and different.
What you’ll be doing:
•Work closely with senior stakeholders to define, implement and embed a broad range of requirements and processes, with a focus on the customer journey in financial services.
•Collaborate with the Operations, Tech and Legal Teams and wider business to shape and influence better outcomes for our customers.
•Work at scale and pace to define business requirements and process maps, ahead of getting sign off from decision makers.
•Testing and continuous improvement of all ways of working and outputs, to ensure suitability and robustness, whilst being an advocate of best practice.
Your skills and experience:
•Minimum 5 years Business Analyst experience.
•Financial services background.
•A passion for innovative thinking and problem solving.
•Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
•Ability to work at pace, with outstanding attention to detail.
•Credit, loans or collections and arrears experience.
•FinTech and/or financial services background.
•Launching new products.
