Job Description
My client is looking for a Business Analyst to work and support Business Change across all areas of the Branch.
Responsibilities
Liaising with stakeholders at all levels to understand and document business processes, workflow and requirements.
Conducting analysis of the structure of a business, how it uses technology, processes and the resources required to support its goals
Identifying core issues and problems within the business, and presenting potential solutions to these issues
Undertaking the production of business cases and feasibility studies
Writing and translating business requirements in a format that can be understood at all levels of a project by all stakeholders
Driving solution development and overseeing the implementation of new technology and systems.
Running workshops and training sessions
Completing Risk Assessments of new initiatives
Identifying relevant KPIs and reporting to management
Ability to communicate with executive management and senior people in the Bank and Support Areas
Skills and Experience
Experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services industry or similar with a good understanding of project management disciplines.
Ideally qualified in an industry recognised project management discipline or accreditation e.g. Prince 2, Agile or similar or can demonstrate experience in delivering / working in projects using a structured approach.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required.
Experience of interpreting business requests and translating them to requirements.
Demonstrable evidence of gathering, analysing and documenting business processes.
Ability to present to an audience.
Ability to convey information concisely, questioning others to check understanding.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to identify and analyse alternative approaches to dealing with issues and problems.
Ideally Portuguese speaker
