Fantastic manager position to join a growing Credit Risk Analytics function within a Motor Finance company. The purpose of your role will be to provide strategic and analytical expertise to the business, driving management information, analytics, and insight.
The Role:
• Improve the performance of business strategies through a data driven approach, playing a key role in the drive towards strategic change.
• Owning and driving complex projects to support the development of strategies, policies, predictive models and processes in the wider business.
• Managing & coaching junior analysts, encouraging their development through the sharing of experience and expertise
Key Skills:
• Maths or STEM degree
• Credit Risk Experience
• Strong SAS experience
• Great communication skills
