My client is looking for a Administrator to beresponsible for inputting instructions electronically to ensure Enforcement Agents are making attendances inside the company's service level agreements, inputting reports electronically for clients, arranging and organising locksmiths/removal companies/recovery, completing relevant paperwork relating to the attendance, and dealing with telephone calls from Enforcement Agents, Solicitors and Subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
Inputting instructions electronically
Inputting reports electronically
Arranging and organizing locksmiths/removal companies/recovery
Completing relevant paperwork relating to the attendance
Dealing with telephone calls from Enforcement Agents, Solicitors and Subcontractors
Required knowledge and experience:
Strong ethical and professional standards
Self-motivated and have excellent organisation skills
Excellent communication, influencing & negotiation skills
A full driving licence
Computer literate and able to use basic software packages
