​MERJE's Summer Fridays movement was a resounding success, so we've introduced a similar sentiment for the Winter months!

This time, our fantastic team are having an extra hour to themselves every Monday morning and every Friday afternoon throughout Winter so they can stay snuggled up in bed, fit in another mug of hot chocolate, get in an extra bit of seasonal shopping or whatever else they choose.

2021 is shaping up to be MERJE's most successful financial year to date, and while it's certainly down in part to the huge bounce back of the hiring markets following the challenges of last year, we're sure it's also thanks to the increased morale and motivation our team gets from the trust and freedom we extend via our flexible working policies and these super seasonal incentives.
