Edward Manson MERJE
Our mission in 2021 is to make mindful and purposeful changes to improve the working culture and ethos across team MERJE. This culminated in the creation of our MERJE Together pledge.
MERJE Together places diversity, inclusion and equality at the forefront of every decision we make in order to create an environment which is open, fair and honest.
In addition, our pledge ensures that everyone at MERJE has equal opportunities and the resources they need to grow as a person, a professional and a team member.
We felt that the first step to executing this mission was to create a common understanding of what diversity, inclusion and equality look like among our team. This is why we collaborated with them to define what it means.
We listened carefully to the team’s feedback to create an all-encompassing statement which we believe will nurture the diverse and inclusive team environment we need to continue to grow and produce our best work.
This, in turn, will trickle down to our clients and candidates, enabling us to provide high calibre services and guidance to help them thrive.
As part of our mission, we will aim to produce a series of articles which highlight a range of vital subjects and core issues which impact the diversity, inclusion and equality sphere, alongside advice around promoting good mental health and well-being.
