On Thursday 13th April 2017, a team from MERJE’s office in Manchester took on the Physical, Skill, Mental and Mystery challenges posed by The Crystal Maze.
The fully-immersive experience, based on the classic 90’s television show, saw Paul, Alex, Jonny, Richard, Andrew, Team Captain Katie, Lauren and David trying their best to win Crystals by using their agility, brains, and a dash of luck, in a variety of games.
Even though it took place in central Manchester, our adventurous team were transported to the Aztec, Futuristic, Industrial and Medieval zones, and finally to the Crystal Dome, where they then battled to collect those all important Gold Tickets.
We ended the session with a great haul of 9 Crystals and 400 Gold Tickets. We proudly bested challenges featuring remote-controlled cars, pies, hamster wheels and trains, but sadly failed when faced with a climbing wall and a water measuring brainteaser.
The Crystal Maze was a fantastic team-building experience and we are looking forward to returning to the Crystal Dome in the future.
