MERJE is once again supporting the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs), taking place in London's Evolution on 26th November.

Organised by the Call Centre Management Association (CCMA), the awards are hosted by the BBC's Fiona Bruce and promises to be a glamorous celebration of the talent that is reshaping the contact centre industry.

Neil Johns, Director for Customer Contact at MERJE, said, "Through our partnership with the CCMA in recent years, we have met the many amazing professionals that are transforming traditional call centres into multi-channel contact centres, both at the events themselves and during the judging visits where we are lucky enough to experience the nominated workplaces. With the launch of MERJE Front-Line Talent in 2018, our scope in Customer Contact expanded to include recruiting Candidates of all seniorities and across all sectors, so it is a great opportunity to support an event which recognises talent in every aspect of the market."
