Do you have experience working within customer service and enjoy helping people?

This role will involve you dealing with incoming customer queries via webchat, social media, email and other platforms, who will have general queries, complaints or may even require your support. We are looking for people who are strong communicators and can show empathy and really understand the customers situation.
Confirming customers’ identity through a selection of security questions in line with meeting GDPR regulations to avoid any risk of GDPR breaches.
Requesting and updating customers’ personal information accurately to ensure we take their current circumstances into account when reviewing their case and assessing their ability to pay.
Remaining empathic to our customers’ financial situation, vulnerabilities and disabilities and dealing with these in accordance with our company or client guidelines.
Trying to obtain payment of accounts in full, wherever possible. Where this is not so, negotiating payment arrangements in accordance with company and client guidelines and using the information available to you to assess their affordability.
Dealing with difficult interactions in a professional and respectful manner in line with our Company values even when faced with potentially unpleasant or challenging enquiries.
Inbound Collections Advisor duties:
•Handling incoming enquiries via various digital platforms.
•Building rapport/relationships with your customers and clients.
•Handling difficult conversations in a sensitive and professional manner.
•Following processes and guidelines that fall in line with company regulations.
•Taking payments from customers or negotiating payment arrangements in accordance with company and client guidelines and using the information available to you to assess their affordability.
