You will help provide administrative support within Vehicle Hire where the team undertakes inspections of damaged vehicles primarily via damage images and repair estimates.

You should have demonstrable knowledge of vehicle body repair processes and experience of using Proclaim

The Role:

• Answering telephone in a professional manner, taking accurate messages, transferring to Engineer department by telephone / email

• Amending documentation / Data entry

• Dealing with queries by email / telephone

• Electronic filing of emails into respective client folders

• Control of Engineering work in progress

• Setting up new inspections / creating jobs

• Arranging external inspections through subcontract Engineers

• Control of outstanding payments, credit control

• Communication with work providers and insurers
