Travel Booking Customer Adviser

Salary:                  £17,250 - £19,000

Start Date:          Various start dates available

Location:             Cheadle

Hours:                  Shifts – Monday to Friday – Between 8 AM – 9:15 PM

                              Every other weekend - Saturday / Sunday -  9AM – 5PM or 11AM – 7 PM

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service advisor within a Travel company, we are looking for candidates with a passion for travel to provide the best customer experience for a highly reputable travel company!



  • Provide excellent customer service for customers looking for a package holiday
  • Arrange bookings for customers, ensuring attention to detail is maintained with accurate data input
  • Build rapport and provide a knowledgeable service to the customer regarding their holidays
  • Provide final costing to the customer and ensuring the customer is happy with the package provided
  • Booking travel arrangements and providing sound advice to ensure the customer will have an excellent holiday experience
