​We are assisting our clients with a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team that are driven and passionate about analytics.

In this key role within the Transaction Monitoring (TM) team, you’ll be resolving product issues and supporting TM change execution through model build and calibration, with a focus on End User Computing tools used across the TM function.

You’ll also be liaising with a range of stakeholders managing the implementation of changes and issues, ensuring they are per governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing TM issues following the Operational Risk framework and liaising with required stakeholders across the business

• Resolving and supporting on issues related to TM systems, including strategic tools, legacy systems, focussing on the End User Computing tools used across the capability

• Supporting FC Analytics and technical teams to review and provide input to model builds, calibration and customer segmentation

• Completing documentation per governance requirements to support model changes or resolution of issues

• Liaising with the wider TM capability on changes impacting people, processes, and technology

• Contributing to the on-going improvement of TM controls including the reviewing and refinement of scenarios, thresholds and report

Skills and Experience:

Essential

• Ability to work with multiple systems with a technical insight and ability to read/write code (e.g., SQL, SAS) with previous experience of working in a TM environment with a focus on scenario design, segmentation modelling and reviewing calibration outputs

• Familiarity with model governance frameworks and the ability to convert and consolidate complex data into simple messages and reports to support the capability and operational teams

Desirable

• A working knowledge of Financial Crime frameworks, policies, procedures and processes

• Experience in AML investigations either from a previous AML role or related disciplines such as Fraud

• Financial Services industry knowledge of banking and services

• Industry recognised AML Diploma or Certificate
