Training Administrator

Hours  37.5  Monday – Friday (Shifts between 5.00am-7.00pm)

Job Description:  

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a prestigious brand in a key support role of Training Administrator.   You will work within an award winning team supporting the training function responsible for providing the smooth delivery of training courses across the globe.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the first point of call for training related queries
  • Prepare material for training courses
  • Liaise directly with Internal and External Customers
  • Complete support calls prior to events
  • Attend retailer and support events

The Person

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to manage a multitude of tasks and processes
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Previous experience with a luxury brand
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Event co-ordination background
  • Outbound call centre experience
  • Full UK drivers licence
  • Mandarin Speaker would be advantageous
