Job Description:

Our Client’s London Office is looking for a full-time Administrator to be part of a dedicated team providing excellent levels of administrative support. This role is integral to the efficient and effective running of the Client Service Team.

This is an administrative position with a wide scope of duties which encompass onboarding of clients and data entry.


Based in our London office you will have the opportunity to:

Provide general administrative support in relation to producing and presenting data using Powerpoint, Excel and Word packages.

 Work closely with the administrative team to contribute wherever necessary to the overall administrative support.

  Work with the administrative team to become familiar with all aspects of the admin roles within the office in order to provide back-up when necessary.


Must have current DBS clearance

Excellent IT knowledge including MS Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and Word

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Experience of Salesforce is preferable
