​My client a leading International Law firm requires a talented Qualified accountant with strong IT skills to act as the lead Finance expert for their PMS and related systems.

Key responsibilities include

• Establish effective finance processes, maximising efficiency

• Maintain data reliability

• Period closure, balancing and data segregation

• Implementation and management of eBilling interfaces

• Aid in delivering induction training and developing training content

• Mass updates along with system upgrades

• Liaising with the software supplier

• Liaising with the IT and HR departments

Being a fully Qualified or part qualified accountant you will have the following skills and experience

• At least 5 years' experience using Thomson Reuters 3E

• Experience using Intapp suite of products

• Good knowledge of Finance or Legal system

• Systems implementation experience desirable

• Good analytical and financial skills

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload

• Strong IT skills using Excel and SQL
