Are you a fluent Swedish speaking candidate?

Would you like to work with an established business, who will offer support and a great working environment?

MERJE is looking to recruit Swedish speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our client based in Glasgow City Centre. These roles are permanent, working Monday to Friday between 8am – 4pm and will be a part of their busy European team in a diverse and cosmopolitan unit.

The role will involve communicating with customers by handling both inbound email and telephone calls, spending 50/50 on each and working to resolve customer queries in an efficient manner whilst maintaining a high level of quality on each contact.

You will be mentored for the first couple of weeks and supported to ensure you are ready to go live, and be supported continuously throughout your tenure in the business.

This is a great opportunity for Swedish speaking candidates to further their career in the customer service industry. What you will require is a strong work ethic, desire to deliver great customer service and above all a positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
