Merje are partnered with a Financial Services Organisation to recruit a Structured Finance Manager for their growing team.

Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Structured Finance and the Structured Finance team you will collate, review and draft proposals using business models and frameworks for new facilities and Investments.

Working with Structured Finance Projects, Client and the team to monitor and develop facilities whilst working on opportunities to increase new business levels and managing portfolio performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Structured Finance clients to support and develop the facilities. Ensure team SLA’s are achieved and that a customer focused service is delivered

• Use financial modelling to predict future outcomes

• Produce initial draft proposals (quantitative information) for existing and new clients

• Monitor and assess client financial and non-financial performance reporting/data to identify and address potential issues

• Work effectively with head office teams to provide an escalation point for service or performance issues impacting team or clients

• Provide support with client in-life and pre-lend audits (remote and onsite) including; data collation from online/third party sources, portfolio performance analysis, sample testing and policy reviews

• Review and circulate Board, Credit packs (produce in absence of Associate) and supporting information for Structured Finance Credit Committee meetings as per meeting schedule

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Possess a relevant professional Qualification or Degree

• Demonstrable Credit Knowledge

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

• Proven relevant experience in a similar role

• Solid Understanding of Block and WFA Business
