Our client is a well-respected and long standing business that has enjoyed good growth in recent years.
They are currently looking to bring in contract support to help them deliver and meet their FCA requirements around SM&CR.
The remit of the role will encompass three key stages;
1- Design and delivery of the SMCR framework (pre application)
2- Dealing with FCA queries, training & engagement
3- Operating the framework once set up and established
To achieve the above my client wants someone with experience of designing and delivering an SMCR framework, where you can demonstrate tangible relevant experience and the depth of knowledge need to deliver this important piece of work.
You will have experience of working with the FCA, be able to manage the expectations of the business, working effectively with stakeholder across the business to gain trust and engagement as well as liaising with Execs and Board.
Office location is Birmingham and the role will afford the successful person a good level of flexible working where you will be required to be in the office a small proportion of the time each month.
