We are seeking Paralegals who have work experience progressing Motor Insurance Claims (Defendant) and have handled stage 3 MOJ portal claims.

Our client is looking to attract experienced Paralegals to join an award-winning legal business in Liverpool.

Within the motor small claims team you would deal with the defence of a wide range of claims deriving from road traffic accidents, as a result of which someone has incurred a loss. You would also deal with stage 3 MOJ portal claims and Infant approval cases.

You would deal with mainly liability disputed matters however occasionally liability will be admitted and the only ongoing dispute will be with regards to quantum.

 As a Paralegal, you will progress Motor Insurance Claims (Defendant) cases to an effective and satisfactory conclusion for clients ensuring high levels of service delivery both internally and externally whilst providing and maintaining management information under the terms of the client service level agreement. The right person must have good attention to detail and the ability to handle a busy caseload
