Your future employer is looking for a Manager of their Asset Performance team to ensure company objectives are met to allow for their continued success.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work in close collaboration with the Head of Asset Management to provide an impartial view of the portfolio performance for the fund and clients.

  • Liaise with stakeholders across the business to ensure that all information sources are understood, analysed and consolidated to provide insight on portfolio performance and that variances to forecast are understood.

  • Develop business plans.

  • Provide insights into asset performance across the business.

  • Act as delegate for Head of Asset Performance.

  • Work within a complex environment to analyse the data and technical concepts as well as understanding and providing meaningful reporting and insight. 

  • Manage and coordinate across numerous internal stakeholders and asset owners to achieve buy-in for commercial plans.

About you:

  • Strong Financial and Performance management experience in complex, portfolio managed financial services environments with a focus on asset management.

  • Extensive experience of using and developing database reporting and analytical software to develop in-depth reporting and analysis (SAS, SQL, R etc.)

  • Pricing, profitability, customer segmentation and financial modelling experience.

  • Knowledge of credit and underwriting processes, credit bureau and credit related data sources.

  • Experience in Debt Management is preferred but not essential.

  • Well-organised.

  • Experience of influencing Stakeholders.
