MERJE are partnered with a leading provider of business process services for the Life and Pensions industry. On their behalf we are conducting a search for a talented Senior Manager that will take ownership of the client relationship and journey whilst also taking accountability for the operational management of c17 Finance professionals.

You will report to the Head of Finance – undertaking a key role which is required to lead and manage the service delivery of the Finance Operations Team.

Ensuring the team is working effectively to deliver to contractually agreed ‘BAU’ service standards and to meet business readiness activities to support all phases of upcoming migrations from legacy platforms to Bancs, ensuring successful completion of Finance Ops responsibilities.

The product scope covers both Life and Pensions as well as Reassurance.

Your new role:

• Deputise for the Head of Function when required, and will also be responsible for developing and maintaining and positive and productive relationship with external clients and internal stakeholders.

• Involvement in projects across transformation and continuous improvement for the finance operations function in line with the migration of platforms and journey based transformation.

• Support any relevant Bids and Transition activity to realise extra revenue opportunities and commercial opportunities with existing and/or new clients, whilst driving operational efficiencies internally to reduce cost base
